Your organization is losing the communication capital
of half its workforce.
WOMENSPEAK Training works with organizations to close the gap between women's expertise and how that expertise lands in the room. Through research-grounded facilitation, live rehearsal, and targeted communication training, we build the conditions where women are heard and where their voices move decisions.
WOMENSPEAK has worked with AstraZeneca, Willis Towers Watson, The Estee Lauder Companies, 72andSunny, and Universal McCann, including storytelling consulting on the pitch that won GEICO's $1.2B account.
Women in professional settings are interrupted more often, credited less for their ideas, and penalized for using the same direct communication styles that get men promoted. These are documented patterns and they have a measurable cost to the organizations where they happen.
How Organizations Work with WOMENSPEAK Training
We work with organizations in four ways, depending on what you need and how you want to deploy it.

1
Workshops & Intensives
Facilitated communication training
for teams, cohorts, and executive groups.
WOMENSPEAK workshops are rehearsal-based, not lecture-based. Participants don't sit through a presentation about communication skills. They practice them, under real conditions, with structured feedback.
We design and facilitate workshops for ERGs, high-potential cohorts, executive teams, and company-wide L&D initiatives. Sessions run as single-day intensives, multi-session series, or ongoing communication labs. Virtual and in-person formats available.
What participants work on:
-
Messaging & Driving Message
-
Managing interruption, credit, & credibility gaps in real time
-
Storytelling and soundbite construction
-
Presence and delivery under pressure
2
Licensing the WOMENSPEAK System
Deploy WOMENSPEAK
Inside Your Organization
A license includes the complete modular curriculum, facilitator guides, and implementation resources — everything needed to run cohorts internally, train your own facilitators, and build a repeatable communication training program.
This is not a passive content library. The WOMENSPEAK system is built around live facilitation and structured rehearsal. The licensing package is designed to make that methodology deployable by your team.
Licensing is best suited for organizations with:
• An L&D function already running internal training programs
• ERG or DEI programming that needs communication-specific curriculum
• Large enough cohorts to make internal deployment cost-effective
Licensing fees and terms are structured based on organization size and scope of use. Contact us to discuss what fits your situation.

3
Speaking & Keynotes
Keynotes and talks on communication, credibility,
and the research behind women's voice at work.
Available for conferences, ERG events, leadership summits, company all-hands, and panels.
Talks are research-based and calibrated for professional audiences. They cover documented bias patterns in workplace communication, the structural conditions that shape how women's speech is received, and what organizations can do about it — with specificity, not generalities.
Sample topics:
• 5 Bias Patterns Shaping Women's Voices at Work
• What the Research Says About Credibility, Interruption, and Authority at the Table
• Communication Strategy for High-Stakes Environments
• Building Organizations Where Women's Expertise Lands
4
Private Coaching
For High Potential Women
& Executive Team Members
For organizations that want to invest in individual communication development alongside group training, WOMENSPEAK offers private executive coaching as a complement to workshop and licensing engagements.
Coaching is targeted and outcomes-focused — built around specific communication challenges, high-stakes presentations, promotion readiness, or transition into senior leadership. Not open-ended.
Available as a standalone service for organizational clients or as an add-on to a broader WOMENSPEAK engagement.
