Learn to Move a Room

WOMENSPEAK offers live intensives, self-paced modules, and private coaching for professional women who want to communicate with more authority, in high-stakes meetings, in front of senior leadership, and in the rooms where decisions get made.

WOMENSPEAK has worked with AstraZeneca, Willis Towers Watson, The Estee Lauder Companies, 72andSunny, and Universal McCann, including storytelling consulting on the pitch that won GEICO's $1.2B account.

Women are interrupted more often, credited less for their ideas, and penalized for the same direct communication styles that accelerate men's careers. These aren't problems you can think your way out of. They require specific skills, practiced under real conditions. That's what WOMENSPEAK is built to develop.

How Individuals Work with WOMENSPEAK Training

We work with individuals in three ways, depending on where you are and what you need.

1

Live Intensives

Cohort based facilitated Live Trainings

WOMENSPEAK intensives are where the real work happens. These are small-cohort programs built around rehearsal and structured feedback You practice. You get pushed. You leave with skills you've actually used under pressure.

Formats include single-day intensives and multi-week cohorts. Programs run virtually and in-person. Cohort sizes are intentionally small.

What you work on:
  • Driving a message and making it stick with senior audiences
  • Holding ground when you're interrupted, talked over, or redirected
  • Building authority in rooms that aren't structured to give it to you
  • Storytelling and soundbite construction for high-stakes presentations
  • Presence and delivery when the stakes are real

Intensives run seasonally — not continuously. When a cohort is open, there's a waitlist.

2

Self-Paced Modules

Focused training on specific communication skills, on your schedule.

Each module covers a discrete area of executive communication — the kind of thing you can apply immediately in your next meeting, presentation, or difficult conversation.

Available modules:

  • Messaging & Driving Message — how to identify and land your core message with any audience

  • Delivery & Presence — the physical and vocal elements of communication authority

  • Stories and Soundbites — building the specific narrative tools that make ideas memorable

Modules are designed to be used standalone or as preparation for a live intensive. Each is available for immediate access.

Private Coaching

Private coaching is targeted and built around a specific challenge or high-stakes moment — not open-ended sessions with no clear outcome.

Common coaching contexts:

  • A major presentation or pitch coming up

  • A promotion conversation or performance review

  • Transition into a senior leadership role

  • A recurring dynamic in meetings or with a specific audience

  • Building a long-term communication strategy for where you're trying to go

Coaching engagements are scoped in advance. You'll know what you're working on, how long it will take, and what the outcome should be.

Free Resources

Start here.

The Landscape Research Brief is WOMENSPEAK's flagship free resource. It covers five documented bias patterns that shape how women's speech is received in professional settings — with the research behind each one and what it means for how you communicate.

It's a good place to start if you want to understand what you're actually dealing with before deciding how to address it.

Additional free resources — guides, templates, and communication tools — are available in the Resource Library.
