WST coaching is one-on-one, intensive, and built entirely around the specific communication challenges you bring. There is no generic curriculum. Every session starts with where you are and what is at stake for you — a board presentation, a difficult conversation with a direct report, a pitch you cannot afford to lose, a pattern you have been trying to break for years.

 

Coaching is available in person, via Zoom/MS Teams (et al.), or by phone.
