WOMENSPEAK Training

 

Our signature class. WST combines the latest research on gender and public communication with hands-on practice in messaging, storytelling, and delivery. Participants leave with a complete communication toolkit and a clearer, more confident public voice.

 

This session is designed for mixed groups — women, men, and organizational stakeholders — because building female share of voice is a collective responsibility, not a solo project.

 

What participants work on: message development, story structure, delivery skills, voice and body language, and tools for accurate ongoing self-assessment. Every session includes 4 to 5 Hot Seat rounds — real-time coaching in front of the group on actual workplace challenges.

 

WomenSpeak Training for Senior Leadership

 

An intensive version of the WST flagship designed specifically for senior leaders. The research component goes deeper, with a focus on how bias operates at the leadership level and how senior women can use their authority to shift organizational culture — not just navigate it.

What participants work on: advanced message strategy, charisma development, tactics for driving message in high-stakes environments, and the specific delivery skills that signal authority to a room.

 

Communicating with Impact

 

A gender-neutral public communications class covering the three pillars of charismatic communication: Strength, Warmth, and Presence. Participants build a messaging platform, develop a business story, and work on the delivery skills that move an audience from passive listeners to active believers. This class is the live training complement to the CWI digital workbook — and the foundation of everything WST and Talk Shop Training teach.

 

What participants work on: takeaway messaging, story development, rhetorical devices, Q&A strategy, vocal presence, and physical command.

 

High Stakes Conversations

 

For professionals who need to communicate clearly and confidently when the stakes are highest — confrontations, pushback scenarios, difficult performance conversations, and volatile or emotionally charged dynamics. Curriculum is built around participants' own real workplace challenges. The messaging platform becomes a tool for navigating conflict, not just presenting ideas.

What participants work on: message development for difficult situations, bridging and driving message under pressure, de-escalation, and delivery skills for high-tension environments.

 

High Stakes Conversations for Senior Leadership

 

An advanced version of High Stakes Conversations designed for senior leaders who set the communication culture for their teams and organizations. Goes deeper on managing volatile dynamics, leading through conflict, and using communication as a leadership tool rather than a damage-control mechanism.

 

Communicating Strategy

 

For leaders who need to get organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives. Participants work directly with their organization's own mission language and strategic goals — so the messaging they build is immediately usable, not a classroom exercise.

 

What participants work on: embedding strategic language in stories and sound bites, building relevance across audiences, and delivering strategic messages with conviction and clarity.

A senior leadership version of this class is also available.

This session provides a supportive and constructive arena for building confidence with public speaking skills. Facilitators present research and best practices, and source participants for self-created solutions that fit their own challenges and organizational culture.
