What series design includes:

 

We begin with a needs assessment. Before we design anything, we listen. What are the specific communication gaps in your organization? Where are women losing visibility, losing the room, or losing ground to colleagues who are no more talented but more confident? What does success look like in your culture?

From there we build a program that fits. Series can range from three sessions to a full-year curriculum. We design the content, the sequencing, the facilitation approach, and the participant experience from the ground up — drawing on the full WST methodology and calibrated to your organization's language, strategy, and people.

Every series includes practical skill-building, not just awareness. Participants leave each session with tools they can use immediately — frameworks for messaging, storytelling, and delivery that work in the actual rooms they sit in every day.
