Emily Donahoe-O'Keefe has trained thousands of executives to be better communicators.

 

Trained by TJ Walker as senior consultant at MTW, she has lead training sessions for employees of Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, The Environmental Protection Agency, Diners Club, AGI - Lexington Insurance Company, P.F. Chang's, Cendant Corporation (Hotel Group), American Kennel Club, Illumina, E-gain, National Multi Housing Council, American Spine Association, Jefferson Pilot Financial, Sovereign Bank, Minnesota State University and The District Department of Transportation.

 

Her clients have appeared on NBC's The Today Show, BBC's The World, NPR's Talk of the Nation, The Sharon Osbourne Show, WB Network and New York One, and in print and internet media that includes The New York Times, MSNBC.com, CNN.com, The Atlanta-Journal Constitution, The Boston Herald, The Daily News and Newsday.

Speaking engagement highlights - Ms. Donahoe-O'Keefe has been a featured speaker for the American Strategic Management Institute ("Understanding the Needs and Mindset of the Media," representing Media Training Worldwide), Goldman Sachs (Women’s Career Strategies Initiative Program), Willis (London: Sarah Turvill Women's Leadership Symposium) and Willis Towers Watson (San Diego: RIMS Risk Management Society’s Conference, largest trade show in North America). Also events for The Women’s Campaign School at Yale, The Bella Abzug Leadership Institute, LiveGirl, and Girls’ Squad (2017 Women’s History Event) for 72andSunny in Los Angeles, CA.  Ms. Donahoe-O'Keefe also has been a guest speaker for students at Yale University, NYU, UCSD and the Colin Powell School at City College of New York . She taught public speaking at the University of California, San Diego for two years.

 

Ms. Donahoe-O'Keefe has worked in promotional media for Match.com, MTV, Eureka, Procter & Gamble, Alcon and Glaxosmith-Kline. She has performed on Broadway & Off-Broadway, in regional theaters around the country, on television, film, radio, and in web series. She has been a recipient of a Helen Hayes Award, and a 2016 Obie Award. Past nominations include the Fox Foundation Fellowship (Extraordinary Potential) and Connecticut Outer Critics Circle Award. She is currently a 2017 Beinecke Fellow at the Yale School of Drama, Yale University in New Haven, CT.

She holds a Master's degree from the University of California, San Diego and an AB from Vassar College. Post graduate course work at NYU. Post graduate certificate in "Women and Leadership," Cornell University.
