Public communication--whether by way of a media appearance, a company presentation or a speech for an event--is an instrument of incalculable influence. Yet current research shows that women still struggle both to gain access to it and to thrive within its sphere.
WOMENSPEAK Training was established to address this lack of parity by way of better communications training. We have tailored traditional communication programs to meet the specific needs of the female communicator in a variety of public communications and advocacy settings.
After all, women have their own needs in this regard; women use and understand language differently than men, have unique obstacles in their pursuit of credibility in the public eye, and face an entirely separate set of image management and presentation concerns.
