FAQs
Female voice includes, but is not limited to, people who identify as female, cisgender, genderqueer, gender fluid, agender, or gender neutral. If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, reach out and we will help you find the best fit.
No. All of our programs operate on the Collective Responsibility Model, which holds that building female+ share of voice is a shared organizational responsibility. Many of our programs are fully gender-inclusive and open to everyone.
Programs designated "Women Only" are open to all female-identifying and non-binary individuals. These are specifically designed for people who want to build public speaking experience in a supportive, closed environment among others who face similar dynamics when speaking publicly. Contact us for more information.
Yes. Coaching at WST is entirely tailored to the individual — built around who you are, what you do, and what is at stake for you right now. There is no generic curriculum. Contact us to discuss what a coaching engagement would look like for you.

All classes are available online or in person. Coaching is available in person, via Zoom, or by phone. Speaking engagements are available nationally and internationally.
Every WOMENSPEAK engagement includes a pre/post participant self-assessment, session feedback surveys, and a manager observation survey at 30 and 90 days post-training. We measure changes in speaking behavior — contribution in meetings, visibility in presentations, confidence in high-stakes settings. You receive an aggregate findings summary at the end of the program.
No. All measurement instruments are administered by WOMENSPEAK. No new technology, no IT setup, no additional coordination required on your end. Your team receives the findings summary.
We measure voice behavior — the speaking patterns directly shaped by the program. We own that data and can speak to it directly. Organizational outcomes like promotion rates, retention, and compensation growth are yours to track. We don't claim credit for them, but we can help you structure a way to look at whether they correlate with WOMENSPEAK participation over time.
The best next step after a WST session is to continue practicing with the tools you received.
